Lauren is trained in incorporating expressive arts techniques such as art and sand tray therapy into her work with clients, in addition to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Existential Therapy. Lauren specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, unresolved emotional trauma, developing healthy social skills and boundaries, emotion regulation, issues concerning multiculturalism and spirituality, and grief and loss.
